Here's a seasonal variation on our Cream buns. This includes a luscious coconut custard cream sandwiched between two halves of our brioche buns. Hiding within the folds of the custard is fresh mango puree (we use organic Alphonso sourced directly from farms). Topped with a nutty & salty coconut crumble, this one is a true summer delight. Meant to be enjoyed cold, it goes well with coffee but honestly does not need anything else.
