Our Multigrain loaf is made with 50% wholegrain flours including organic ragi, organic buckwheat and a mix of organic wholewheat atta and maida. We also add a little flaxseed for crunch. Soft enough for an untoasted sandwich but also hearty as a loaf and will make excellent toasties.
As with all our breads, there are no additives or preservatives or premixes and therefore best consumed within 2-3 days. Best stored in an airtight box as it tends to dry out if left unwrapped.
