This is pretty much the same formula as our Multiseed Sourdough, however we have turned it into a practical sandwich loaf form. Because it is baked in a tin, the crust is softer and crumb more even. It also happens to be a size smaller than our Loaf Tin Sourdough, yielding bread slices perfect for making all kinds of sandwiches, toasted or untoasted.
20% organic wholewheat, 20% mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, flax).
