We make these french cookies using our house made puff pastry. The pastry is hand rolled over two days with the final roll in sugar and baked till it caramelizes beautifully. For the occasion of Diwali, we dip these cookies halfway into some Belgian dark chocolate and white chocolate. They are sprinkled with chopped hazelnuts and pistachio + rose petals respectively. Perfect for serving or gifting.
