We decided to update one of our most popular flavours! Here we have added a creamy Pistachio custard in between the cake layers and a thin layer of house made lime curd, elevating the flavours and textures considerably. The cake layers continue to remain the same as before (Pistachio sponge) while the whole cake is frosted with our Lime curd buttercream.
