Oatmeal Cranberry Cookie

We have been after a plain chunky, soft oatmeal cookie that's not too sweet and this one hits the spot. We use brown sugar here, toasted rolled oats and a smattering of almonds & cashews caramelized in jaggery, resulting in a cookie that is incredibly nutty & toasty.

Have it with a glass of cold milk or steaming mug of coffee!
