Wholegrain Chocolate Malt Biscuit

As the name suggests, these biscuits are utterly chocolatey and malty. A combination of wholewheat, almond & oat flour lend these biscuits a flaky, crumbly & slightly chewy texture. You can eat them as is but they pair wonderfully with a glass of cold milk or black coffee.
P.S. They also do great in ice-cream sandwiches!
