This fragrant & buttery Cinnamon Babka is practically a large version of a cinnamon roll. We make this using our brioche dough which is soft and tender and beautifully light. Slice it thick, warm up slightly and enjoy with a cup of hot coffee or cold brew. Stale slices make for excellent french toast and bread butter pudding!
