We all remember the sweet 'fruit' bread from our childhood, full of those green and red tutti frutti nuggets. In honor of that memory, we decided to make a version of the fruit bread but with more wholesome ingredients.
Instead of the super light, fluffy bread with barely any fruit, we wanted a more denseloaf packed with flavour. Therefore, we loaded this bread with organic cinnamon, cranberries, black raisin & also 30% organic wholewheat flour for that extra heft and flavor. It's really good toasted & slathered with salted butter (plus a perfect companion to a good cup of coffee), but it will also be excellent as french toast or in a bread and butter pudding.
