This biscuit evokes familiar yet decadent flavours for us - albeit in small doses.
Here we have a lovely buttery biscuit studded with toasty pistachio, cranberries & chocolate chunks (Manam, 67%). It's buttery, nutty, chewy with subtle note of dark chocolate and owing to the restrained sweetness, very easy to eat.
With the cool temperatures, its a great little treat to have in your pantry to nibble on with a hot cuppa or serve your guests/ family during teatime.
