Boozy Fruit Cake with Vanilla Cream

Here we crown our Boozy Christmas Cake with a Vanilla Cream, a light dusting of cinnamon and candied orange.

The cake itself is ultra moist & perfumed with spices like ginger, cinnamon & orange. It's studded with soaked fruits like cranberries, prunes, raisins, candied orange peel along with toasted almonds + hazelnuts for extra flavour. The creamy, luscious and mildly sweet cream on top is really the crowning glory, wonderfully rounding off the flavors.

Available as a single layer 6 inch or 9 inch cake all through the season!

P.S: We have used Amrut Whiskey & Honey Bee Brandy for soaking the fruits in the cake.
