Belgian Chocolate Fudge Sauce

This intensely chocolate forward sauce is made with liquid jaggery, Callebaut cocoa powder, water, salt and not much else. Deeply fudgy, it's perfect over ice creams and cakes. It can also make a very speedy Hot Chocolate if you warm it with some milk of your choice. Happens to be entirely Vegan. Perfect little something to be stashed in your fridge for chocolate emergencies.
