We started our little Bakery by selling Granola and Nut butters to neighbours so we have a soft corner for these gateway bakes that pushed us off towards this incredible journey. Over the years we have nut buttered pretty much all nuts/seeds (including black sesame, white sesame & pistachio which we use in our bakes).
Serving suggestion: Great on toast or a piece of fruit – we like it by the spoonful straight from the jar. Try adding a bit into your morning smoothie for an extra kick!
Storage: Can be kept at room temperature if being consumed within 2 weeks, else to be refrigerated.
P.S: All our nut butters are 100% natural, that is, we don't add any homogenising agents / additives / preservatives in our products. As a result, the nut oil tends to separate from the nut solids if kept for a while and the salt tends to settle down. All you need to do is stir it around once in a while and it's good to go!
