We like Bagels that are characteristically chewy but not overly dense. Here it goes through a near 20 hour fermentation to achieve a perfectly chewy exterior and a light & tender crumb. Topping of black sesame and white poppy gives it a beautiful nutty flavor finish. Toast lightly to crisp up again, fill with cream cheese or hummus, tomatoes, smoked salmon, boiled eggs, pickled onions, what have you. The possibilities are endless!
