Chicken Sausage Bread Roll

We are lucky to have access to great quality sausages & cold cuts, thanks to Daily Cut.

Here we wanted to use their excellent chicken sausage for a treat that's kid friendly. The mildly flavoured & juicy sausage gets encased in a 50% wholewheat milk bread along with a sneaky bit of cheese. The bread itself is simple, soft and supports the sausage perfectly. 

It's a handheld situation lending itself to be a perfect snack for kids and adults alike. We also have a variation with caramelised onion & a smattering of bagel seasoning that's really delicious as well and was loved by the team here.
