We gave our Bostock a new spin, which makes it even more decadent. Considered a love child of Almond Croissant and French Toast, Bostock was possibly created to use up old brioche slices. It's usually topped with some kind of jam/fruit compote and almond cream and baked into a legitimate breakfast pastry.
For this version we have used house made fig & orange compote while tweaking our Almond cream into a beautiful & luscious Chocolate Almond Cream. We have also sneaked in a tiny bit of candied orange to give it brightness and to highlight the citrus element which pairs gorgeously with the chocolate. It's gooey, chocolatey, fruity, nutty & super addictive. Try it for yourself.
