Here we cook chicken thigh in a bunch of herbs with onion, peppers, garlic & chillies. We use this as a filling along with some cheddar cheese. The custard is made luscious & rich with the addition of sourcream. The flaky, buttery pastry is the perfect vehicle to carry all this goodness.
Good for a snack for two or a light lunch for one - just add a side salad!
