Here we have a super chocolatey cookie studded with more chocolate (Manam, 67%) and toasted hazelnuts. It's buttery, nutty, salty and owing to the restrained sweetness, very easy to eat. Especially when paired with a cup of coffee or glass of milk.
With the cool temperatures, its a great little treat to have in your pantry to nibble on with a hot cuppa or serve with fresh strawberries and ice cream for an easy dessert.
