This versatile sweet salty sauce has been made using lacto fermented figs, smoked chilli, fermented soya bean, house made vinegar , raw sugar & a lot more ingredients. Will be great as a spread in sandwiches or use it to jazz up a plain mayo. Add to stir fries to elevate flavour in a pinch.
