A great sandwich needs good building blocks. We obviously have bread, we have spreads & cheeses but now we also stock Mayonnaise!
All it takes is good quality free range egg and oil and a few seasonings. We have two variants, one is a simple plain mayo with a hint of mustard (perfect for a BLT) and another one with house made confit garlic and chilli paste which packs a punch and will be oh so great with potato wedges. They last for a good 10 to 15 days in the fridge and can be used in sandwiches, salad dressings and even as a dip for crudités.
No additives / preservatives. P.S: Contains raw egg.
