Old fashioned but hardly so. Made with a blend of gluten free flours (oat, rice, coconut) these butter cookies will remind you of the ones we had as kids - usually from neighbourhood bakeries and if we got seriously lucky, then someone within the family would bring those tinned ones from abroad. Made with simple but good ingredients, these can be enjoyed with a cup of tea or coffee. No fuss, no muss. Also happens to be egg-free.
