This cake lives up to it's name and is packed full of banana flavour enthusiastically supported by friendly flavours like hazelnuts and fruity dark chocolate chunks. We use almond & oat flour as a substitute along with dark brown sugar for additional depth of flavour. It is a luxurious & moist bite, a cake that can easily glide from the breakfast table with coffee to the dinner table with a scoop of ice cream or anytime in between with a tall glass of milk.
