We have been making Roll cakes for a while, always bringing them to our bake sales. We liked this one so much that it's going on the menu.
This Roll cake is ethereally light & fragrant. We use a beautifully light Pandan sponge cake here. It's filled with a coconut custard + a house made berry compote and rolled into a log. It's finished with a white chocolate & cream cheese frosting that's just sweet enough, creamy and compliments the rest of the flavours wonderfully.
A whole cake will easily feed about 8-10 people and is perfect for folks looking to get something that's light and mildly sweet.
