This dreamy summer dessert is all about Pistachio & Mangoes.
Each year we wait for our supply of organic & naturally ripened mangoes and this Tres Leches heroes it beautifully. Tres leches literally means three milks - here we use a combination of milk, cream & pistachio milk. The sponge gets a good soak of this nutty and lightly sweetened milk mixture. The mangoes are left pretty much untouched in the form of a fresh jelly carrying all the natural sweetness of the fruit. The cake is finally topped with a white chocolate & pistachio whipped cream.
