The Spiced Hot Chocolate Cake
Shippable (Pune only)
We have been plotting this cake for a few months now. Cooler temperatures for us immediately evokes spices, hot chocolate & marshmallows so we have combined all of these wonderful elements into a single cake.
Here we have three layers of rich, ultra moist chocolate cake spiced with cinnamon & nutmeg. The layers are sandwiched with a soft & lush chocolate cream which brings an added reference to a mug of thick hot chocolate. But to complete the ensemble, we cover the cake with a Toasted honey marshmallow frosting that ties all the flavours together and makes it taste like a warm hug on a cold day.
