This is a cross between a dip & a dressing and sort of like a stand in for what the balsamic vinegar/olive oil combination that we would dip warm bread into, at Italian restaurants. But this is so much more. We toast the almonds, chillies, capers in olive oil and balance the whole thing with honey and vinegar. It can be used as a salad dressing or to toss it into grills (veg or meats) or as a dip for warm bread. Bring it out to room temp and give it good stir before using.
