We finally got around to adding a gluten free sandwich loaf that tastes almost as good as a regular loaf of wheat bread. Here we use a combination of Ragi, Jowar & Rice flours (all organic), olive oil, flaxseed and a bit of raw sugar to make a loaf that is perfect for toasting and for making sandwiches.
Because this is a high moisture bread with zero preservatives, it has limited shelf life at room temperature. We recommend storing this loaf in an airtight box for 3-4 days in the fridge or transfer to a zip lock bag and freeze individual slices for longer use.
