Sourdough production and delivery schedule
When ordering for any of our Sourdoughs or Baguettes, do keep in mind the following schedule that we follow.
Day 1 - order placed (before 7pm)
Day 2 - bread mixed (by 11pm on tuesday and thursday)
Day 3 - goes into the oven after an overnight fermentation (wednesday and friday) / ready for pickup at 1pm (unsliced) or in the evening at 7pm (sliced)
Day 4 - ready for delivery (thursday and sunday)
The bakery is closed for production on Sunday and Monday.
