These Chocolate Cream buns have been in the making for a while and we are finally happy to share it with you all!
Made using Belgian chocolate this custard is thick, dark, velvety and deeply chocolatey. Hiding within its fold is a big dollop of organic jaggery caramel which adds a toffeeish sweetness and balances the slightly bitter undertone of the chocolate custard. Topped off with a generous hand of Peanut crumble, this cream bun is essentially a grown up version of the Snickers bar. Meant to be eaten cold, it does not need anything else, although a glass of milk would complement it very well.
