Although this is something we developed to cater to folks who have dietary restrictions, we wanted to bake something that is as close to a regular Chocolate Cake as possible, but without the use of eggs or dairy. This version of ours takes it really close and can be enjoyed by pretty much everyone, vegan or not. The cake is fudgy and super chocolatey while the ganache is creamy and silky with a hint of coconut which adds to the flavor rather than taking away from it.
Available in two sizes - 6 inches and 9 inches. Both are doubled stacked and can serve 6-8 / 12-14 depending on how generous the slices are.
